 Teri Desrosiers - Owner/Trainer Competition Obedience Teri has been involved in training and showing since 1991. In that time, she has titled several dogs in AKC,UKC,CKC,ASCA. In the past 8 years, she has campaigned her Belgian Malinois "Tory" BOWISS,BOVISS, U-CDX,OTCH CH Crossroads Trew Legend, UDX2,OM1,VER obtaining both breed and obedience championships. This team has achieved over 35 HIT's(High In Trial) including HC(High Combined). They have ranked #1 Novice Belgian Malinois in 2003, #1 Open Beligian Malinois in 2005 and #1 Utility Belgian Malinois in 2007 in the USA. Teri and Tory have been invited to the Eukanuba National Obedience Invitational the past 3 years in a row ranking #1 and #2 Belgian Malinois in the country! Beth has been involved in Agility since 2000 and also competes in Obedience, Rally and Schutzhund with her Dobermans. Beth is currently competing her young dog, Platinum’s Winner Takes it All OA, AXJ, NF, RN, TT, CGC “Milan”. At 18 mths he is already competing at the Excellent/Masters level. Past competition dogs: MACH UCH UCD Ravenswood Aspen Extreme CDX, Can CD, ASCA CD, NJC, JS-N, CL1-H, CL1-S, WV-N, TG-N, RA, RL1, VC, TT, TDI, CGC "Aspen" Ranked #6 DPCA Agility Doberman in '07 and qualified for the ’07, ’08, ’09 AKC National Championships MACH Highland's Mountain Express SchH1, CD, NF, VC, RE, RL2, CL1-H, TN-N, WV-N, CGC, TDI, TT "J" Ranked #6 DPCA Agility Doberman in '09 and qualified for the ’10 AKC National Championships The youngest male Doberman to earn a MACH (Master Agility Champion) Received an invitation to compete at the ’09 AKC Agility Invitational in Long Beach, CA. AKC invites the top five dogs in each breed to compete at this prestigious event. |

Major dogs include: Karenwood's Sheza Joy First obed dog.(Open title) Key Dog training Bred-Aylmere Afterglow, Ax, Axj (Kindle) (many Elite and verteran Elite titles) Bred-CH Alymere Premonition Ax, Axj (T eller)co-owned w/Connie Weller, Pat Wright Aylmere Rekindled (Flame) (co-owned with Meg Mccarthy) Mx, Mxj (two legs shy of MACH)(Kindle's daughter) Co-owned CH Aylmere Puzzle Piece (Trista) with Pat Wright (Tika's Mom) Recently Retired: MACH 2 Halohils Colorforms, MAD (Tika) Her current dog is a real speed demon. Bare Cove Back in a Jiffy Ax, Mxj, (One leg short of MAD) (Jiffy) is currently competing in all the venues in the excellent levels. -Lynda took her poodle all the way to her first MACH. He was MACH Movin' Mouen. Her current rescue poodle, Demolition Derby "Derby" will be starting out this Fall.. |
Growing up with 4 rotties, Kathy was labeled the family animal specialist. She volunteered at an animal shelter and also did grooming. In 1990, Kathy rescued a mix breed which got her interested in dealing with fears with animals. This put her on the path to alternative training methods. She got her 1st pure breed lab Zeus to show and did pet therapy through Volunteer Services for Animals. Kathy has been training dogs professioanlly since 1996 and has been at the K9 for 10 years. Specializing in all stages of obedience training and has a special gift of helping people help their pets. She has many family clients, that love and refer her. We take pride to say that Kathy is one of the most sought after pet trainers in the NE area with many success stories to prove it! | |

Cris teaches and evaluates our CGC Class, Therapy Dog Class and our Rally Obedience Class. Loved by Rottweilers since 2000, she has volunteered for the NE Rottweiler Rescue as a volunteer coordinator in RI. Her current dog URO2 Deerwood's Larson Bravo Zulu CD RE NAP NJP NAC APDT RL2 AOE L1/L2 HIC TT CGC TDI (aka Lars) has been actively showing AKC/UKC obedience, NADAC/AKC agility, and working as the Warwick Public Library’s Tail Waggin' Tudor through TDI. Just recently, Lars was also just recognized as one of the American Rottweiler Club’s 2010 Top Ten Agility dogs for AKC Novice Jumpers with Weaves! Her rescued Sam, earned both Obedience and Rally titles along with many placements. They also did therapy work with Therapy Dog International.” |
Chris' first obedience dog was a beagle. She put a UD on him. Reb, a golden retriever,was her first Otch, UDX dog. Amber was very nervous, but she got a UD! Tide got an Otch, UDX, AX, AXJ, MACH OTCH CH Remington Twelve Gauge Shotgun, UDX, OM1, MX, MXJ, SH, WCX. Gauge got an Otch at 2 years of age! Chris and Gauge will be working on his Mach and Master Hunters Title this summer. >The trainers are so knowledgeable, helpful and nice!
